morals? beliefs? values?

values, morals and beliefs. everyone has them, in one way or another. people grow up and realize what things are important to them and what things can or cannot be put to the side. i've come to understand that lately it isn't that i don't know what these things are for me, but i haven't been putting them first. important things like these are supposed to be first in life, but how many people really do in fact do that? can you say that you have stopped something from happening because that wasn't a part the life that you want for yourself? i've been battling that shit. it is the worst when your beliefs and morals are tested by someone you love. those things should naturally go together, not against. do you deal with things because someone you love has brought it your way? love is a tricky bitch. is it okay to still stand by when something that you wouldn't normally tolerate is happening? in regular situations automatically you can say no. however when these situations arise in your relationship because of your significant other, the answer doesn't seem so clear. even though it probably should. hmm. just some food for thought kids.

the past.

yesterday i was going through all my other posts that i wrote on here awhile ago. it really brought back a lot of things that i've experienced. the good, the bad, and definitely the ugly. i was about to delete everything and start fresh, but i stopped myself. even though my past posts became more of a shrine to kid cudi and videos, i feel like deleting it would be like taking away a part of my past. does that make sense? hopefully. it is time to get back to writing about things that are a part of me. all aspects. music, life, family, poetry, daily experiences and even love *even if i'm not the biggest fan at the moment* it will all come back to me in due time. it took me awhile to realize that, but now that i do nothing will stop me.
